Con el presente auto la Sala de Revisión decide confirmar el fallo de única instancia proferido por el Juzgado Tercero Penal Municipal con Funciones de Conocimiento de Bucaramanga, levantar la medida cautelar adoptada en el numeral 10.2 de la parte resolutiva de la sentencia T-752/12 y, dejar en firme la decisión adoptada por el juez de la causa.

- CONFIRMAR el fallo de única instancia proferido por el Juzgado
- Tercero. Penal Municipal con Funciones de Conocimiento de Bucaramanga, el dos (2) de septiembre de dos mil quince (2015), dentro del proceso de tutela de Ceneida Celis Espinel actuando como agente oficiosa de su padre, el señor Aníbal Celis Sarmiento contra Comfenalco EPS-S, en el cual se ampararon del derechos fundamentales del agenciado a la salud, a la seguridad social y a la vida digna. En virtud de la orden anterior, LEVANTAR la medida cautelar adoptada en el numeral [10.2.] de la parte resolutiva de la sentencia T-752 de 2012, y DEJAR EN FIRME la decisión adoptada por el juez de la causa.
