Conflicto de competencia generado entre el Juzgado Quinto Civil Municipal de Pereira y el Juzgado Dieciocho Civil Municipal de Mínima Cuantía de Oralidad de Cali, en torno al trámite de la acción de tutela de la referencia.
Luego de pronunciarse respecto de la competencia de la Corte para resolver conflictos de competencias en la jurisdicción constitucional y de reiterar el marco jurídico que determina la competencia en materia de tutela, se decide el asunto ordenando enviar el expediente al Juzgado Dieciocho Civil Municipal de Mínima Cuantía de Oralidad de Cali, para que de forma inmediata tramite el amparo constitucional solicitado.

DEJAR SIN EFECTOS el auto del nueve (9) de septiembre de dos mil catorce (2014) proferido por el Juzgado Dieciocho Civil Municipal de Minima Cuantia de Oralidad de Cali, mediante el cual se declaro incompetente por el factor territorial para conocer de la accion de tutela presentada por Jesus Amu Sierra contra la Secretaria de Planeacion de Dosquebradas.
- Segundo. REMITIR el expediente al Juzgado Dieciocho Civil Municipal de Minima Cuantia de Oralidad de Cali para que de forma inmediata tramite la accion de tutela mencionada.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria General, COMUNICAR al Juzgado
