Con el presente auto la Sala Primera de Revisión adoptó unas medidas provisionales y, en consecuencia, dispuso en cada uno de los expedientes acumulados ordenar a las entidades accionadas garantizar de manera inmediata la prestación integral de los servicios de salud requeridos por los accionantes.
En un caso se adoptó como medida transitoria hasta tanto se defina la situación de afiliación por las autoridades competentes y, en el otro asunto, hasta que se notifique la sentencia de revisión.
