El demandante del expediente D-12994 presentó un memorial ante la Corporación, en el cual, refiriéndose a la materia de impedimentos y recusaciones, solicitó a la Sala pronunciarse respecto del conflicto que pudiera llegar a tener.
En su criterio, los magistrados no son imparciales para fallar, por tener interés en la decisión.
Luego de concluir que la recusación planteada no tiene pertinencia, la Sala Plena decidió RECHAZARLA.
