Solicitud de cumplimiento de la Sentencia SU.053/15.

El peticionario le pidió nuevamente a la Corporación adelantar el cumplimiento de la providencia de la referencia, para que le paguen los salarios, prestaciones sociales y los aportes pensionales correspondientes al período transcurrido entre la fecha del fallo y el momento en que se produjo el reintegro efectivo.

Argumentó que la Fiscalía General de la Nación se demoró 2 años y 6 meses en dar cumplimiento a la orden de reintegro.

La Corte se abstiene de tramitar la petición formulada, al considerar que el accionante intenta brindar un alcance distinto a lo ordenando en la Sentencia SU.053/15.
