El Ministerio del Interior solicitó a la Corporación copia de los informes presentados por el Gobierno Nacional, en respuesta a diferentes autos dictados por la Sala Especial de Seguimiento a la Sentencia T-025/04.

Teniendo en cuenta que dicho Ministerio es una entidad gubernamental que hace parte del Sistema Nacional para la Atención y Reparación Integral a las Víctimas y como tal, es destinataria de las órdenes dictadas por la Corte frente a la población desplazada, considera la Sala que es pertinente autorizar la expedición de una copia de los documentos solicitados.
