El Gerente de Aguas de Morroa S.A.E.S.P. solicitó a la Corporación requerir a las entidades que correspondan, tomas las decisiones pertinentes por el no cumplimiento por parte del Alcalde Municipal de Morroa (Sucre) de la Sentencia C-203/20, correspondiente al Expediente RE-265, por medio del cual se realizó la Revisión del Decreto Legislativo 528 de 2020.
Lo anterior, para conminar a dicha autoridad a cumplir con su deber legal con respecto al giro de Subsidios de agua potable y saneamiento básico a los estratos 1, 2 y 3.
Luego de revisar la petición formulada la Corte decidió RECHAZARLA, por resultar improcedente.
