Con el presente auto la Presidencia de la Corte Constitucional decide RECHAZAR, por falta de competencia, la acción de Hábeas Corpus presentada ante la Corporación por los apoderados del señor Luis Alberto Hernández Gallego.

Consecuentemente, ordena remitir la referida acción al Juzgado de Reparto del Circuito de Ciudad Bolívar (Antioquia), a fin de que adelante el trámite de rigor que corresponda de conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 30 de la Constitución Política, la Ley 1095 de 2006 y la Sentencia C-187/06.
