Solicitud de aclaración del Auto 004/20.
Con la precitada providencia la Sala Cuarta de Revisión de la Corporación se pronunció sobre un incidente de desacato propuesto en contra de la Sentencia T-970/09.
El memorialista pretende que se aclare el numeral tercero de la parte resolutiva del precitado auto, porque a su juicio suscita una duda en su aplicación y por ende admite tres formas diferentes de verificar el cumplimiento.
Luego de verificar que la petición de aclaración fue presentada de manera extemporánea se dispuso su RECHAZO.
