La magistrada sustanciadora rechazó la demanda tras considerar que, si bien se incluyeron diversas adecuaciones al escrito inicial, los demandantes terminaron replicando, en esencia, los mismos argumentos que llevaron a su inadmisión.
La Sala Plena de la Corporación concluyó que el recurso interpuesto no estaba llamado a prosperar y, por ello, decidió CONFIRMAR el auto cuestionado.

- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR el Auto del 21 de septiembre de 2020, por medio del cual se rechazo la demanda de inconstitucionalidad presentada contra los articulos 869 y 1328 del Codigo de Comercio, y el articulo 20 (parcial) del Codigo Civil dentro del expediente D-13812.
- SEGUNDO. Por medio de la Secretaria General de la Corte, comuniquese el contenido de la presente decision a los demandantes, indicandoles que contra esta no procede recurso alguno.
- TERCERO. Ejecutoriada esta decision, archivese el expediente.
