El Fiscal General de la Nación formuló incidente de nulidad contra la sentencia T-372/12, al considerar que la Sala de Revisión incurrió en una clara, ostensible, significativa y trascendental violación al debido proceso de esa entidad, en virtud de haber variado la jurisprudencia de la Sala Plena en relación con la estabilidad laboral en los cargos de libre nombramiento y remoción.
Luego de realizar el análisis de los requisitos formales y materiales de la solicitud de nulidad, la Sala Plena de la Corporación decide DENEGARLA.

- NEGAR la nulidad de la sentencia T-372 de 2012, proferida por la Sala Quinta de Revision de la Corte Constitucional. Proceda Secretaria General de esta Corporacion a notificar la presente decision a las partes del presente asunto, advirtiendo que contra esta decision no procede recurso alguno.
