Solicitud de reserva de nombre en la publicación de la Sentencia T-688/15 y en el Auto 522/16.
El accionante y la representante legal de la Clínica de Especialistas del Poblado invocaron sus derechos al habeas data y al trabajo y solicitaron a la Corporación la eliminación del nombre y de la la razón social de la entidad, en las precitadas providencias.
Por no encontrar afectación alguna a las garantías constitucionales invocadas, la Corte decidió NEGAR la reserva de nombres pretendida en esta ocasión.

- Primero. NEGAR la solicitud de reserva de nombres de la sentencia T-688 de 2015 y del Auto 522 de 2016, presentada por el señor Daniel Andrés Correa Posada y la representante legal de la Clínica de Especialistas del Poblado por las razones expuestas en el presente auto.
- Segundo. COMUNICAR, a través de la Secretaría General de la Corte, el contenido de esta decisión a los peticionarios, indicándoles que contra esta no procede recurso alguno.
