Con el presente auto la Corte, de oficio, resuelve suspender los efectos de la sentencia del 3 de mayo de 2007, emitida por el Consejo de Estado – Sala de lo Contencioso Administrativo – Sección Segunda, Subsección A, a través de la cual se confirmó la sentencia del Tribunal Contencioso Administrativo de San Andrés y Providencia del 11 de marzo de 2004, dentro del proceso de nulidad y restablecimiento del derecho, hasta cuando la Sala Plena de la Corporación dicte fallo definitivo en el trámite de la revisión de la tutela de la T-2176281.
