Solicitud de nulidad parcial formulada contra el auto de la Sala de Selección de Tutelas Número 4 que excluyó de revisión el expediente T-7300554.

Teniendo en cuenta que ni la Constitución, ni las normas que definen las reglas de procedimiento tanto para los procesos de tutela y, en general, los juicios que se desarrollen ante la Corte Constitucional, establecen la procedencia de recurso alguno en contra de las decisiones que dicta las Salas de Selección al decidir sobre la revisión eventual de los fallos de tutela proferidos por los jueces de instancia, se rechaza por IMPROCEDENTE la petición de nulidad invocada.
