Los memorialistas solicitan a la Corte Constitucional la conformación de una Sala Especial de seguimiento a la sentencia C-621/13.
La Sala encuentra que los peticionarios cuentan con medios judiciales idóneos y suficientes para procurar el cumplimiento del precitado fallo.
Además precisa, que a la Corporación no le corresponde tomar medidas respecto del incumplimiento de las decisiones que dicta en uso de su facultad de realizar control de constitucionalidad de las leyes.
