Solicitud de cumplimiento de sentencia.
La Sala resalta que por regla general el competente para conocer el cumplimiento de una sentencia es el juez de primera instancia, quien debe valorar si la orden impartida se acató y mantener su competencia hasta que la orden sea cumplida a cabalidad.
Se RECHAZA por falta de competencia la solicitud de asumir el cumplimiento de la sentencia de la referencia y se ordena remitir la petición a la Sala Laboral de la Corte Suprema.
