El Procurador General de la Nación solicitó a la Corte Constitucional la apertura de incidente de impacto fiscal con respecto a los efectos de la Sentencia T-147/13, proferida por la Sala Séptima de la Corporación.
Adujo, que los numerales tercero y cuarto de la providencia objeto de solicitud tienen un profundo efecto en el presupuesto de la entidad, el cual depende íntegramente del General de la Nación, toda vez que implica realizar de manera inmediata erogaciones económicas.
Luego de estudiar la petición presentada por el Jefe del Ministerio Público, la Sala Plena de la Corporación decide RECHAZARLA por improcedente.
