- Primero. CONFIRMAR el auto del dieciseis (16) de junio de 2021, proferido por el magistrado Jorge Enrique Ibanez Najar, el cual rechazo la demanda de inconstitucionalidad formulada por el ciudadano Carlos Ernesto Castaneda Ravelo, en contra del articulo 13 (parcial) de la Ley 2056 de 2020 "Por la cual se regula la organizacion y el funcionamiento del Sistema General de Regalias", en el expediente D-14266, por las razones senaladas en el presente auto.
- Segundo. COMUNICAR, a traves de la Secretaria General de la Corte, el contenido de esta decision a la parte demandante.
- Tercero. ARCHIVAR el expediente D-14266.
- Cuarto. Contra esta providencia no proceden recursos.
