Solicitud de aclaración de la sentencia C-330/16 formulada por el Director Jurídico de Restitución de la Unidad de Tierras.
El memorialista pretende que la Corporación aclare o complemente el fallo de la referencia, en el sentido de instar a los funcionarios judiciales a dar aplicación al artículo 4º del Decreto 440 de 2016 y al Acuerdo 029 de 2016 de la Unidad de Tierras, hasta que se cumpla el exhorto ordenado en el numeral segundo de la parte resolutiva de la precitada providencia.
Al comprobar que la petición fue presentada de manera extemporánea, la Sala Plena decide DENEGARLA.
