- Primero. DEJAR SIN EFECTOS el auto del veintitres (23) de julio de dos mil quince (2015), proferido por el Tribunal Administrativo del Cauca, mediante el cual declaro la incompetencia para conocer la accion de tutela interpuesta por el Personero Municipal de Caloto, Cauca, en nombre de los hermanos Rosa Amelia Lucumi y Cesar Gonzalez Lucumi.
- Segundo. REMITIR el expediente al Tribunal Administrativo del Cauca, para que de forma inmediata, tramite la accion de tutela presentada por el Personero Municipal de Caloto, Cauca, en nombre de los hermanos Rosa Amelia Lucumi y Cesar Gonzalez Lucumi en contra del Municipio de Caloto Cauca y el Fondo Nacional de Vivienda.
- Tercero. Por secretaria General, COMUNICAR al Juzgado
