Considera la Corte que en este caso se debe respetar la elección que efectuó el accionante y, en consecuencia, remitir el expediente al despacho judicial que en primer lugar conoció el asunto, esto es, el Juzgado Tercero Promiscuo Municipal de Barbosa, para que de manera inmediata tramite y adopte la decisión de fondo que corresponda.
