- Primero. REMITIR, por intermedio de Secretaria General, el expediente de la referencia la Sala Primera Unitaria de Decision Civil-Familia del Tribunal Superior de Distrito Judicial de Barranquilla, para que ejerciendo sus competencias constitucionales y legales, resuelva la accion de tutela de Jairo Orlando Ortiz Carmona contra la Direccion de Sanidad del Ejercito Nacional.
- Segundo. COMUNICAR, por medio de Secretaria General, el presente auto al Juzgado
- Sexto. Civil del Circuito de Barranquilla, con el fin de que tenga conocimiento sobre lo aqui resuelto por la Corte Constitucional. Para el efecto se remitira copia de la presente providencia.
