Primero. El literal b) del numeral
octavo. de la parte resolutiva de la sentencia C-274 de 2013, quedará así:
"b) La expresión "duración ilimitada" del parágrafo se declara EXEQUIBLE, en el entendido que se sujetará al término de protección legal".
Segundo. Ordenar a la Relatoría de esta Corporación, que adjunte copia del presente auto a la sentencia respectiva, con el fin de que sea publicado junto con ella.
Tercero. Ordenar a la Secretaría General de la Corte, que envíe copia del presente auto a todas las autoridades a las que se les comunicó la sentencia de la referencia.
