- PRIMERO. ABSTENERSE de adelantar la revisión constitucional del expediente T-1.406.489, toda vez que no contiene decisión judicial alguna para revisar. En consecuencia, ORDENAR a la Secretaría General de esta Corporación que proceda a anular el número de radicación T-1.406.489, por no corresponder éste a un proceso de tutela.
- SEGUNDO. Por la Secretaría General de esta Corporación, líbrense las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
