- Primero. Remitir, por intermedio de la Secretaria General, el expediente de la referencia al Tribunal Administrativo de Caldas, para que en ejercicio de sus competencias constitucionales y legales, y dentro de los terminos establecidos, decida la accion de tutela interpuesta por Guillermo Leon Flores Giraldo contra Ministerio de Defensa, Policia Nacional - Caja Promotora de Vivienda Militar, Juzgado Promiscuo y la Comisaria de Familia de Don Matias, Antioquia.
- Segundo. Comunicar por medio de Secretaria General, el presente auto a la Corte Suprema de Justicia, Sala de Casacion Laboral y al Juez Promiscuo de Familia de Santa Rosa de Osos, Antioquia, con el fin de que tengan conocimiento sobre lo aqui resuelto por la Corte Constitucional. Para el efecto se remitira copia de la presente providencia.
