- Primero. REMITIR, por intermedio de Secretaria General, el expediente de la referencia a la Sala Primera Unitaria de Decision Civil-Familia del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Barranquilla, para que ejerciendo sus competencias constitucionales y legales, resuelva la accion de tutela de Danny Daniel Torres Gamarra contra el Ministerio de Defensa Nacional, la Policia Nacional y el Departamento de Policia del Atlantico.
- Segundo. COMUNICAR, por medio de Secretaria General, el presente auto a la Sala Jurisdiccional Disciplinaria del Consejo Seccional de la Judicatura del Atlantico, con el fin de que tenga conocimiento sobre lo aqui resuelto por la Corte Constitucional. Para el efecto se remitira copia de la presente providencia.
