La peticionaria presenta diferentes razones para apoyar su solicitud de nulidad las cuales se pueden sintetizar en un desacuerdo frente a la interpretación de la Sala al perjuicio irremediable en el caso decidido y la afectación al debido proceso al no habérsele concedido el aplazamiento de la audiencia para ser escuchada en versión libre.
Se deniega la solicitud impetrada por improcedente, toda vez que se presentó de manera extemporánea, lo que demuestra que la pretensión real es reabrir el debate sobre cuestiones planteadas, analizadas y resueltas en la sentencia T-451/10, objetivo que resulta ajeno a la naturaleza de la solicitud de nulidad.
