DEJAR SIN EFECTOS el auto del tres (3) de marzo de dos mil diecisiete (2017) proferido por la Sala Única del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Yopal, mediante el cual decidió no asumir el conocimiento de la acción de tutela presentada por la ciudadana Rosa Yasmín Siabato Moreno.
  2. Segundo. REMITIR el expediente ICC-2900 al Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Yopal para que, de forma inmediata, tramite en segunda instancia la acción de tutela mencionada en el ordinal anterior.
  3. Tercero. Por Secretaría General, COMUNICAR a las partes y al Tribunal Administrativo del Casanare, la decisión adoptada en esta providencia.
