El ciudadano Carlos Andrés Gutiérrez Mejía solicitó a la Sala Especial de Seguimiento a la Sentencia T-025/04, iniciar el trámite de un incidente de desacato en contra del Fiscal General de la Nación por el presunto incumplimiento de la orden decimotercera del Auto 008/09.
Así mismo, pidió requerir a la Unidad para las Víctimas y a la Fiscalía General de la Nación, para que expongan los motivos por los que no se ha dado cumplimiento a las obligaciones derivadas de dicha orden.
Luego de revisar los fundamentos de la petición, la Corte decidió RECHAZARLAS por improcedentes.
