Solicitud de adición y complementación del Auto 271/20.
Las consideraciones del escrito se orientan, por un lado, a justificar la tesis sobre la viabilidad jurídica de las demandas de inconstitucionalidad en contra de las sentencias proferidas por este tribunal, y por otro, a poner de presente la presunta falta de motivación precitado auto.
Frente al primer cuestionamiento la Corte precisó que el asunto fue resuelto exhaustivamente en la providencia y que el debate propuesto fue abordado, definido y clausurado.
En relación con el segundo aspecto concluyó la Sala, que esta línea de análisis es inconducente.
Con base en las dos consideraciones anteriores se decide NEGAR las peticiones formuladas.
