- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR el Auto del 13 de agosto de 2020, proferido por el Magistrado Sustanciador Alejandro Linares Cantillo, mediante el cual se rechazó la demanda de inconstitucionalidad promovida contra el literal e) del artículo 13 de la Ley 100 de 1993, modificado por el artículo 2 de la Ley 797 de 2003, con el número de radicación D-13778.
- SEGUNDO. A través de la Secretaría General de la Corte Constitucional, comuníquese el contenido de esta decisión a la recurrente, indicándole que contra ella no procede recurso alguno.
