- PRIMERO. DEJAR SIN EFECTOS el auto del 24 de enero de 2025, proferido por el Juzgado 002 Penal Municipal de Ipiales, dentro del trámite de la acción de tutela instaurada por Deisy Lorena Cabrera Salazar en contra de la EPS Asociación Indígena del Cauca (AIC EPS).
- SEGUNDO. REMITIR el expediente ICC-4914 al Juzgado 002 Penal Municipal de Ipiales para que, de manera inmediata, tramite y adopte la decisión a que haya lugar.
- TERCERO. Por la Secretaría General de la Corte Constitucional, COMUNICAR la decisión adoptada en esta providencia a la parte accionante y al Juzgado 009 Administrativo de Popayán.
