Recurso de súplica interpuesto contra el auto que rechazó la demanda de inconstitucionalidad de la referencia, por cuanto el término de ejecutoria de la providencia de inadmisión que le concedió al demandante un término de tres días para corregir su escrito, venció en silencio.
Al no encontrar justificación alguna para que el actor no presentara oportunamente la corrección de la demanda, la Sala Plena decide CONFIRMAR el auto recurrido.

CONFIRMAR el auto del veintinueve (29) de junio de dos mil dieciseis (2016), que rechazo la demanda presentada por el ciudadano Carlos Saul Sierra Nino contra el inciso 1o (parcial) del articulo 68 de la Ley 1564 de 2012 "Por medio de la cual se expide el Codigo General del Proceso y se dictan otras disposiciones".
