Afirma el peticionario que su recurso lo presenta en término, toda vez que fue notificado del auto de rechazo de la demanda, calendado el 10 de octubre de 2013, hasta el día 26 de noviembre de dicha anualidad.
Luego del respectivo análisis, la Sala Plena determina que el demandante formuló el recurso de súplica de manera extemporánea y, por eso, decide RECHAZARLO.
