- Primero. REMITIR, por intermedio de Secretaria General, el expediente de la referencia al Juzgado
- Cuarto. Penal del Circuito de Cali, para que ejerciendo sus competencias constitucionales y legales, resuelva la accion de tutela de Parmenia Caicedo, Yenci Fori, Virgelino Carabali, Lunio Aya Munoz, Marlyn Rivas, Sandra Diaz Pajoy y Buenaventura Correa contra la Alcaldia Municipal de Santiago de Cali, el DAGMA, la CVC y la EMSIRVA E.S.P.
- Segundo. COMUNICAR, por medio de Secretaria General, el presente auto a la Sala Penal del Tribunal Superior de Distrito Judicial de Santiago de Cali, con el fin de que tenga conocimiento sobre lo aqui resuelto por la Corte Constitucional. Para el efecto se remitira copia de la presente providencia.
