Con el presente auto la Sala Séptima de Revisión decide DESACUMULAR el expediente T-8.070.085 del expediente T-8.109.294.
Lo anterior por cuanto constató que no existe unidad de materia entre los asuntos, habida cuenta que, a pesar de tratarse de acciones de tutela que comúnmente denuncian la violación del principio de la doble conformidad en materia penal, los hechos y pretensiones de cada caso difieren completamente.
