Solicitud de nulidad del Auto 318/15, mediante el cual se resolvió rechazar por falta de competencia, la acción constitucional de Hábeas Corpus formulada por el peticionario del presente incidente.

Se recuerda que la Corte Constitucional no tiene la competencia para conocer y resolver el trámite de Hábeas Corpus, en tanto se trata un asunto que la Carta Política no le atribuyó de manera explícita.

Con base en lo anterior se precisa que la Corporación carece de facultades para pronunciarse sobre los recursos o nulidades promovidas en contra de las decisiones que emitan los jueces o magistrados para resolver esta clase de acciones.

Se rechaza por IMPROCEDENTE.
