Incidente de desacato a la Sentencia T-710/15.
La solicitante argumentó el incumplimiento de las órdenes dadas en su favor en la providencia de la referencia.
La Sala no encontró la necesidad de asumir de manera directa la competencia para abrir el trámite de desacato, en primer lugar, por no existir evidencia de que la persona beneficiaria de la orden se hubiera dirigido al juez de primera instancia y, en segundo lugar, por no concurrir alguna de las circunstancias con arreglo a las cuales la Corporación ha asumido, de manera excepcional, dicha competencia.
Con base en lo anterior, la Sala decidió remitir la petición al Juzgado 16 Laboral del Circuito de Cali, para que adopte las medidas pertinentes.
