El peticionario fundamentó su solicitud en el sentido de indicar que se violó el debido proceso en la decisión adoptada, por cuanto se ignoró la existencia de un documento radicado por él, en el cual se aportó información crucial y decisiva de los argumentos elevados por la Sala de Revisión.
La solicitud de nulidad no cumplió con la carga argumentativa exigida para que exista la modificación de un fallo, ya que no se señaló la afectación ostensible, probada y significativa de la omisión alegada.
