Conflicto de competencia suscitado entre el Tribunal Superior de Pasto, Sala Penal y el Juzgado Primero Penal del Circuito para Adolescentes de Mocoa.
Teniendo en cuenta que los dos despachos involucrados en la controversia son competentes para conocer la acción de tutela, se resuelve el asunto dando prelación a la voluntad de los accionantes de que la demanda fuera tramitada por las autoridades judiciales de la ciudad de Pasto.
En consecuencia, se ordena remitir el expediente al Tribunal Superior de dicha entidad territorial, para que de forma inmediata tramite la solicitud de amparo formulada.
