Considera el peticionario que la Corte Constitucional debe intervenir para asegurar el cumplimiento de la providencia de la referencia.
Por su parte, la Sala de Revisión observa que los interesados no han acudido a ninguna de las medidas previstas para hacer efectivas las órdenes ante el juez de primera instancia, quien es el competente para iniciar la respectiva actuación jurisdiccional de cumplimiento o de adelantar el trámite del incidente de desacato.
En consecuencia, se dispone remitir la petición formula a la Sala de Casación Penal de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, para lo de su competencia.
