El rechazo de la demanda se dio porque el actor no subsanó los defectos advertidos en el auto inadmisorio, relacionados con la falta de certeza, especificidad, pertinencia y suficiencia.
La Sala Plena de la Corporación considera que el escrito con el cual se presentó el recurso no aporta elementos aptos para superar los yerros advertidos por el Magistrado Sustanciador y por eso decide CONFIRMAR la providencia recurrida.

CONFIRMAR el Auto del 23 de abril de 2018, mediante el cual se rechazó la demanda presentada por el ciudadano Luis Alberto Sandoval Navas contra los artículos 20 (parcial), 60 (parcial) y 104 (parcial) de la Ley 100 de 1993, "por la cual se crea el sistema de seguridad social integral y se dictan otras disposiciones".
- SEGUNDO. COMUNICAR el contenido de esta decisión al recurrente, informándole que contra ella no procede recurso alguno.
