- Primero. Por Secretaria General REMITASE el expediente contentivo de la accion de tutela propuesta por la senora Gladys Chinote Paipa contra los Ministerios de Hacienda y Credito Publico y de la Proteccion Social, la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud, la Universidad Nacional, la Beneficencia de Cundinamarca, Fiduciaria la Previsora S.A. y el Departamento de Cundinamarca, al Consejo Seccional de la Judicatura de Cundinamarca, para que este asuma en forma inmediata el conocimiento del referido amparo constitucional y, en consecuencia, adelante la correspondiente actuacion judicial.
