Solicitud de nulidad de la Sentencia SU.077/18.
El peticionario, quien funge como promotor y vocero de la iniciativa de revocatoria del mandato del Alcalde Mayor de Bogotá y participó como tercero con interés en el trámite que dio lugar a la providencia de unificación de la referencia, argumentó que dicho fallo desconoció la cosa juzgada, el principio de reserva de ley y la prevalencia del interés general sobre el particular.
Teniendo en cuenta que los cargos formulados no cumplen con la carga argumentativa requerida para solicitar la nulidad de una sentencia de revisión de tutela de la Corte Constitucional, la Sala Plena decidió RECHAZAR el incidente invocado.
