Solicitud de aclaración del Auto 1928/22.
El Instituto Distrital de Recreación y Deporte le solicitó a la Corte aclarar la providencia de la referencia, puntualmente, en lo que respecta al literal (ii) del numeral sexto de la parte resolutiva.
Con el precitado auto se resolvió las solicitudes de apertura de incidente de desacato y de trámite de cumplimiento de la Sentencia T-296/13, presentada por la Corporación Taurina de Bogotá.
En el acápite que se pide aclarar en esta oportunidad, se ordenó a la entidad adoptar las actuaciones correspondientes para cumplir con el remedio constitucional requerido.
Por no cumplir con el requisito de carga argumentativa, se RECHAZA la petición impetrada.
La Sala Plena consideró que no existe una razón objetiva de duda que le impida al IDRC el entendimiento de lo dispuesto en la parte resolutiva ni tampoco que influya en el cumplimiento de lo decidido en el citado proveído.

- Primero. RECHAZAR la solicitud de aclaración del Auto 1928 de 2022, presentada por el Instituto Distrital de Recreación y Deporte.
- Segundo. Por intermedio de la Secretaría General de esta corporación, COMUNICAR el contenido de esta decisión al solicitante y ADVERTIR que contra ella no procede recurso alguno.
