Recurso de súplica.
El rechazo de la demanda se produjo porque en el escrito de corrección persistieron las deficiencias argumentativas identificadas en el auto de inadmisión.
La Sala Plena de la Corporación consideró que el demandante utilizó el medio de impugnación fundamentalmente para reiterar sus argumentos, sin que en ningún aparte llegara a acreditar desfase alguno del magistrado sustanciador en la apreciación de las exigencias de aptitud sustantiva.
Con base en lo anterior decidió RECHAZAR el recurso impetrado.

- Primero. RECHAZAR el recurso de suplica interpuesto por el ciudadano Alberto Pimienta Cotes contra el auto del 20 de mayo de 2021, por el cual se rechazo la demanda formulada contra el paragrafo 1o del articulo 19 de la Ley 2044 de 2020, dentro del expediente con numero de radicacion D-14233.
- Segundo. Contra esta providencia no procede recurso alguno.
