Con el presente auto la Sala Plena de la Corporación decide SUSPENDER los términos en el expediente RDL-008, correspondiente al control de constitucionalidad del Decreto Ley 589 de 2017, por el cual se organiza la Unidad de Búsqueda de Personas dadas por Desaparecidas en el contexto y en razón del conflicto armado.
Se dispone que dicha suspensión se mantenga hasta tanto la Corte decida sobre la constitucionalidad del Acto Legislativo 01 de 2017 (Expediente RPZ -003) y decrete la reanudación del proceso de la referencia.

- PRIMERO. SUSPENDER los términos en el expediente RDL-008, correspondiente al control de constitucionalidad del Decreto Ley 589 de 2017, "Por el cual se organiza la Unidad de Búsqueda de Personas dadas por Desaparecidas en el contexto y en razón del conflicto armado"
- SEGUNDO. Esta suspensión se mantendrá hasta tanto la Corte Constitucional decida sobre la constitucionalidad del Acto Legislativo 01 de 2017 (expediente RPZ-003), y decrete la reanudación del proceso RDL-008.
- TERCERO. La Secretaría General de la Corte Constitucional realizará las anotaciones correspondientes en los expedientes mencionados.
