PRIMERO. Por sustraccion de materia, ABSTENERSE de adelantar la revision constitucional del expediente T-1388551, toda vez que no contiene decision judicial alguna para revisar. En consecuencia, ORDENAR a la Secretaria General de esta Corporacion que proceda a anular el numero de radicacion T-1388551, por no corresponder este a un proceso de tutela sino a una solicitud de revision del expediente T-1161223.
SEGUNDO. Por la Secretaria General de esta Corporacion, informese al senor JAIRO HUGO MEDINA SUAREZ el tramite que en sede de revision surtio la accion de tutela que el promovio contra el Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje -SENA- y que fue radicada en la Corte Constitucional con el numero T-1161223.
TERCERO. Por la Secretaria General de esta Corporacion, librense las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
