- Primero. DENEGAR la solicitud de abrir un incidente de desacato con ocasión de las órdenes impartidas en la Sentencia T-153 de 1998.
- Segundo. DAR TRASLADO del escrito del ciudadano Luis Javier Ricardo Álvarez a la Defensoría del Pueblo, con el fin de que verifique las denuncias allí contenidas y, en el plazo de un mes a partir de la notificación de esta providencia, envíe un informe a la Sala de Revisión en el que explique sus conclusiones y, en el caso de que lo considere necesario, indique las acciones que piensa adelantar con respecto a ellas.
