Se ordenó remitir al Juzgado 12 Penal Municipal con Función de Control de Garantías de Medellín, el expediente de la referencia para que, de manera inmediata, tramite y adopte la decisión de fondo en la acción de tutela presentada por la accionante contra la Secretaría de Movilidad de Medellín, toda vez que avocó el conocimiento del recurso de amparo, en atención al principio de la perpetuatio jurisdictionis, no podía suspender el examen y debe continuar su estudio.
